Building Company Number 7 Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions

Building Company Number 7 will award one (1) grand prize at the end of the prize period. The prize period ends on March 1, 2011. The grand prize winner can choose to receive an Apple iPad Cash is offered in lieu of iPad if winner chooses. Prize is not transferable.

Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. You can enter the give away 3 ways:

a) Previous customers can write a review either on Yelp, Google or simply type up a testimonial and send it to: matt@buildco7.com.
b) New customers are automatically entered with any purchase over $1000.00
c)You are also entered with any referral that leads to signed contract.

Name address, email and phone # (ALL are required) are needed to enter. Winners will be notified via email or phone and choosen via a drawing to be held on March 1st, 2011. No more than one entry per household is allowed. Building Company Number 7 is not responsible for any illegible, misplaced, damaged or late entries.

Sweepstake entrants must (i) be legal residents of the United States; (ii) be 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers and directors of Building Company Number 7, its affiliates, subsidiaries, co-branded partners, consultants, contractors, advertising, public relations, promotion, fulfillment and marketing agencies, their immediate families (and those living in their same households) are not eligible to participate in the promotion.

The winner must comply with all instructions in the prize notification correspondence, including the completion of an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, and return them within fourteen days of the date on the prize notification correspondence as well as have met all of the eligibility requirements set forth within these Rules; otherwise prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Acceptance or use of a prize constitutes permission for Building Company Number 7 and its affiliates to use recipients name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

Liability for any applicable taxes, including all federal, state, and local taxes and/or other fees that may apply to prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any required tax reporting forms will be furnished to the Internal Revenue Service. All expenses not specifically provided for by Building Company Number 7 in these Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Entries that are lost, late, illegible or incomplete for any reason will not be eligible. Building Company Number 7 reserves the right to modify or terminate this Sweepstakes at any time or disqualify any entry in good faith.

By participating in the promotion, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Building Company Number 7, its affiliates, co-branded partners, subsidiaries, retailers, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any damages which may arise out of participation in the promotion in any way or out of the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of a prize. This promotion is conducted in English (which will be given its everyday ordinary meaning).
